I, The above named, here-by agree to rent from the Underwater
World, The above listed equipment. I agree that I shall return them in undamaged
condition by the date above. And if the Equipment is damaged, lost, stole or
unwashed and dried (which the Underwater World will be the sole judge
of) I will pay full replacement cost or cost of repair as determined by the
Underwater World. Also Underwater World is not responsible for any
injury involving their equipment to and from the dive and during the dive.
